![]() ![]() (find Sort Artist on the left column "Field", for that row you'll find in the fifth column "Vorbis" the tag name ARTISTSORT)Īs already said: if ArtistSort tag exist (ie is filled) then Audirvana will copy it in sort_name (displayed in the UI as " sort as") db field (attribute of Audirvana db index Artist).Īs Artist is an index then the attribute sort_name can be only one. Here the structure of Vorbis standard tags (among others) MinimServer 2 Starter Edition makes it easy to get started with MinimServer. A page's meta description should intelligently employ the page’s target keywords, in a natural, non-spammy way that compels the user to click through to the page. It draws readers to a website from the SERP, and thus is a very visible and important part of search marketing. ![]() The ArtistSort tag is a Vorbis standard for flac (and other formats), "Artist Sort" is a custom tag, a space make the difference. The meta description tag serves the function of advertising copy. The tag name is ArtistSort and not Artist Sort . Should this - please look into this issue. I have posted this issue on the Audirvana forum here. If the "Artist Sort" field and the "Album Artist Sort" field are blank, then Audirvana should sort the Artist and Album Artist fields as they are written. The default location for files specified in the tagUpdate, writeAllTags. ![]() For example, for Alice Cooper albums, I have the metadata tags Artist, Artist Sort, Album Artist, and Album Artist Sort all populated as "Alice Cooper" and yet Audirvana files them under Cooper.Īudirvana should (but doesn't) first look at the "Artist Sort" field for sorting Artist and the "Album Artist Sort" field for sorting Album Artist. MinimServer now reads ID3v2 POP and POPM frames and maps them to RATING tags. Hello Using MinimWatch, I have set the MinimSever writeAllTags property to : /volume1/MinimServer/appData/test.txt I cannot get MinimServer to create this. This is because the MinimServer cache doesnt contain tags. I have noticed the same thing in Audirvana for Windows and this behavior in Audirvana is clearly wrong. In order to write all tags found within your files, it is necessary to rescan all your files. Yet, in Audirvana it's there for "Sort As." When I look at my tags for Artist and Album Artist they all say Pearl Jam. Nobody would every write Pearl Jam as Jam, Pearl. ![]()
